We&#039;re not happy with this title, but we think it&#039;s the common and striking denominator.<\/p>\n<p>In psychology and communication we distinguish three tendencies:<\/p>\n<p>Shyness: Inhibition in social interaction<\/p>\n<p>Social Anxiety: Intense fear of social moments<\/p>\n<p>Introversion: Interaction exhausted<\/p>\n<p>It is often primarily shyness that gets the term &quot;introversion&quot; attached to it, and it is almost always a mixture of introversion and shyness. In some cases, participants have a mild form of social anxiety. We can work on that in accompanying coaching.<\/p>\n<p>People who see themselves as introverts tend to overlook the fact that the loud, extroverts they sometimes envy also face many communication situations, such as lectures, meetings and live interviews, with fear and suffering, their strategies for action, but that apparently cover.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_e6pq735\" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h2>Sequence<\/h2>\n<p>The process is tailored to you, you, a group and circumstances. We have had the best experience with small training units of around 2.5 hours. With an interval of approx. 14 days between the units, a good transfer of learning is ensured. We also achieve good results with purely digital formats, but prefer the face-to-face format here.<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_druj283\" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h2>content<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. Basics of verbal communication and rhetoric<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Get to know history, background and the basis of successful communication; understand and practice the importance of the relational aspect of communication; Articulation: language and speech training, practical examples; Understand authenticity and roles.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Turn reluctance into opportunity<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dealing positively with \u201cmild fear\u201d, training self-observation (introspection) and counteracting cognitive distortions on your own; recognize one&#039;s own action strategies and those of others in relation to fear and shame, develop presence building; Feeling space, also when walking, standing, arriving, taking breaks, calming down, breathing; To feel beyond your own skin; Don&#039;t make yourself small, but big - body tension is transferred to the body.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Use stage fright, improvise, perform<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>practice exercises; Introducing people and topics, appearing in front of the camera, dealing with technology; Using facial expressions and gestures, giving interviews and taking part in talk shows that can enjoy a nice mixture of excitement and boredom, practicing improvisation and babbling<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Understand people, work in a team<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Communication models in practice: iceberg model and character models, ego development; transactional analysis; 4-sides of a message, Nonviolent Communication (NVC); I&#039;m OK, you&#039;re OK!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Moderating, presenting, negotiating<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The first impression is crucial, the last one lasts; create manuscripts; Use the Power of Power Point; Negotiation and argumentation techniques<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rhetor 1.0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Review and apply what you have learned so far; Wir sind mit diesem Titel nicht gl\u00fccklich, denken aber doch es ist der gemeinsame und plakative Nenner.<\/p> <p>In der Psychologie und Kommunikation unterscheiden wir drei Tendenzen:<\/p> <p>Sch\u00fcchternheit: Hemmung in der sozialen Interaktion<\/p> <p>Soziale Angst: Intensive Furcht vor sozialen Momenten<\/p> <p>Introversion: Interaktion ersch\u00f6pft<\/p> <p>Oft ist es vor allem Sch\u00fcchternheit, die den Begriff \u201eIntroversion\u201c umgeh\u00e4ngt bekommt und fast immer ist es eine Mischung aus Introversion und Sch\u00fcchternheit. In einigen F\u00e4llen haben Teilnehmende eine milde Form der sozialen Angst. Das k\u00f6nnen wir in einem begleitenden Coaching bearbeiten.<\/p> <p>Menschen, die sich selbst als introvertiert ansehen, \u00fcbersehen gerne, dass die lauten, extravertierten Menschen, die sie manchmal beneiden, eben auch vielen Kommunikationssituationen, wie Vortr\u00e4gen, Sitzungen und Live-Interviews, mit Angst und Leiden begegnen, ihre Handlungsstrategien, dass aber scheinbar \u00fcberdecken.<\/p>\n<h2>Ablauf<\/h2> <p>Der Ablauf ist auf Sie, dich, eine Gruppe und Gegebenheiten abgestimmt. Die beste Erfahrung haben wir mit kleinen Trainingseinheiten von ca. 2,5 Stunden gemacht. Mit ca. 14 Tagen Abstand zwischen den Einheiten wird ein guter Lerntransfer gesichert.
