Training and Coaching for Women in STEM
It's tough to be tough – We want strong STEM women who find their own positions and assert themselves in their careers.
Strength can often be misunderstood and is often equated with toxic behaviors or patriarchal structures. Our goal is to encourage women in STEM to develop their strengths without falling into harmful patterns.
We support women in developing strong and authentic leadership qualities, uninfluenced by the societal expectations often associated with traditional power structures.
Our training and coaching provide a platform on which women in STEM can find their voice and contribute their ideas with conviction, determination and strength – with self-confidence and both physical and mental health.
